So, yesterday (Thursday) I actually took a sick day from work. I can't remember the last time I did that! Has to be at least 4 years.  I was told to take today off as well, but I really had to go in today.  Too much on the calendar to take care of.  Coincidentally, my boss has been really sick too, so, as soon as the stock market closed, he left and as he passed by me, he told me to go home too.  Yassssss! There is nothing bad about leaving early on a Friday. No traffic!

You know, thinking about yesterday, staying home from work sucks. I was bored, sick and in the company of a cat who clearly didn't want me in "his" house when I should be at work.  Plus, I think I ate non-stop all day. Not. Good. Plus, I bought stuff online. I shouldn't be doing that!

I guess I should start thinking about starting my grocery list for this weekend. Yep, I'm living the dream at home with my cat on a Friday night.
